We noticed a clear gap: very few offered sugar-free or gluten-free choices, most used eggs, and health-first baking was rare. Bangalore Oven was created to change that.
We are a 100% pure vegetarian, egg-free bakery focused on using ancient grains, natural ingredients, and traditional methods to create food that supports modern healthy lifestyles without compromising on taste.
